Otsego Club & Resort hires new golf professional to oversee, manage and grow golf business.
Otsego Club & Resort is pleased to announce their new head golf professional, Erich Kuhlman. Erich brings to the position an extensive range of golf club experience and knowledge, which includes, managing, teaching, budgeting, merchandising and the development and administration of league, tournament (member and non-member) and group play.
A native of Ypsilanti, MI, Erich graduated from the University of Michigan where he was a four year golf team member, lettering twice. Post College, Erich honed his golf career and experience at both private and public golf clubs in Arizona and throughout Michigan, where he most recently joins Otsego Club & Resort from Paint Creek Country Club in Lake Orion, MI.
Erich is married to Kelly, who is a Class A golf professional and the head golf coach for the Rochester Adam’s girl’s golf team. Erich and Kelly have two children, Leo who is 4 and Lydia who is 3. The Kuhlman’s are thrilled to be part of the Gaylord community
Erich will officially join the Otsego Club & Resort management team on April 4, 2016.
Otsego Club & Resort is a 4-season club and resort facility offering its members and guests golf, alpine skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, fine dining and lounges, lodging, conference facilities, executive retreats, as well as ski, golf and wedding packages. Established in 1939, it is the oldest full service private ski club in the United States.
